How do I contact the Student Help Desk or open a ticket?

Ticket: To open a ticket, go to: help.usca.edu and sign in using your USCA email address and password.
Phone: You'll continue to call the same numbers as always, but you'll be prompted to choose either the Student Help Desk or the Faculty Staff Help Desk at the main menu. From campus phones dial 4357. From non-campus phones dial 803-641-3391.
Email: If you need to email the Help Desk you should send your email to: help@usca.edu (tickets are preferred and result in quicker response)
