IT Technology Services support for Faculty and Staff is in the B&E 238 suite and by phone at x4357 and 803-641-3391.

Tickets are preferred, however, and likely to result in a faster response than email. You can go to help.usca.edu to open a ticket. Just sign in with your USCA email address and password.
